The @meshtimes advent calendar (littlecalendars.com) is a small project by @meshtimes. This page explains what we keep, why, and how to get rid of it. Questions: themeshtimes@gmail.com.
if you make a calendar
- your sign-in: your email address, and if you use Google, the name and profile picture Google shares. We use these only to sign you in and keep your calendars yours.
- what you put in it: the calendar's name, timezone, look, and the photos, notes and links you add to its windows.
if someone sends you one
You don't need an account and we don't collect anything about you. Which windows you've opened is remembered only in your own browser.
who can see a calendar
Anyone with its link. Each window's photo, note and link stay hidden until its day comes. Share the link only with people you want to see it. Photos are stored at long, hard-to-guess web addresses, but they aren't password protected.
where it's kept
Calendars, photos and sign-ins are stored with Supabase. The site is hosted by Vercel. Sign-in codes are sent by email through Supabase. Google handles "continue with Google". These companies process the data only to run the site for us.
what we don't do
- no ads, no ad trackers, no analytics cookies
- we never sell or share your data for marketing
- the only cookie keeps you signed in
deleting things
Delete a calendar from "my calendars" and its windows, notes and photos are deleted with it. To delete your account, email us from the address you sign in with and we'll remove it and everything in it.
changes
If this page changes, the date at the top will too.
